Do good. Bring it back to business.
The businesses that thrive in the next decade won’t just be the ones with the best products. They’ll be the ones that mean something to their communities.
KarmaHub gives your business a simple, structured, and genuinely meaningful way to be part of something bigger — while driving real value back to your bottom line.
No grand gestures required. Just 1%.
Why join the KarmaHub Ecosystem?
When your business joins KarmaHub, you become part of a living network of volunteers, nonprofits, and brands all working toward the same goal — a community where goodness is rewarded and good people are recognized.
For your business, that means:
- New customers through the door. KarmaHub volunteers actively seek out partner businesses to redeem their tokens. Every redemption is a customer who chose you specifically because you’re part of something they believe in.
- Community visibility. Your business will be listed in the KarmaHub Partner Directory, searchable by thousands of volunteers in your area looking for places to spend their tokens.
- Brand goodwill that money can’t buy. Participation in KarmaHub signals to your community — and to your own team — that your business stands for something.
- A predictable, capped commitment. Your pledge is based on last year’s performance and capped at 1%. You know exactly what you’re committing to before you sign up.
There are two ways to participate — which one are you?
KarmaHub works for every type of business. The way you participate depends on whether you sell directly to consumers or not.
Consumer-Facing Businesses
Restaurants, retailers, hotels, airlines, streaming services, sports teams, and more.
If your business sells products or services directly to the public, you’re a Consumer-Facing Business. Your participation in KarmaHub works through discounts — accepted at your point of sale, online or in-store, when a volunteer presents their Karma Token QR code.
How it works.
You pledge to honor Karma Token discounts worth up to 1% of your previous year’s revenue. That’s your annual commitment, and it’s capped there. When a volunteer redeems a token at your business, the discount is applied at checkout, and KarmaHub charges a small processing fee of 1% of the redeemed coupon value — nothing more.
The numbers, simply.
A business generating $100,000 in annual revenue pledges up to $1,000 in discounts per year into the KarmaHub Ecosystem. If all $1,000 worth of coupons are redeemed, the total processing fee paid to KarmaHub is just $10.
That’s it. $10 to KarmaHub. $1,000 in community goodwill. And a stream of motivated, values-driven new customers walking through your door.

Can I pledge more than 1%?
Absolutely. The 1% pledge is the entry requirement, not a ceiling. Businesses are welcome to pledge 2%, 3%, or more — or offer an additional flat discount to any registered KarmaHub volunteer at their point of sale, beyond their standard pledge. Generosity is always welcome here.
Non-Consumer-Facing Businesses
Manufacturers, banks, B2B brands, wholesalers, and more.
If your business doesn’t sell directly to the public, you participate in KarmaHub differently — and your contribution has a direct, measurable impact on the nonprofit organizations at the heart of the ecosystem.
How it works.
Non-Consumer-Facing Businesses pledge 1% of their previous year’s pre-tax profits as a cash donation into the KarmaHub Volunteers Fund. This fund is distributed annually to participating 501(c)(3) nonprofits as cash donations, proportional to the volunteer hours each organization generated throughout the year.
The numbers, simply.
A business generating $100,000 in annual profit pledges $1,000 into the KarmaHub Volunteers Fund.
At year’s end, the total fund is distributed. If one nonprofit organization generated 10% of all volunteer hours served across the entire KarmaHub Ecosystem that year, they receive 10% of the fund. On a $1 million fund, that’s a $100,000 cash donation — directly to organizations doing the most good in communities across the country.
Your pledge helps make that happen.
A note on tax implications.
Cash donations made to the KarmaHub Volunteers Fund by Non-Consumer-Facing Businesses may be tax deductible, as the funds are distributed to tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations. Tax laws vary by state and individual circumstance — please consult your tax professional before registering.

What does registration look like?
KarmaHub is currently in its waitlist phase. Here’s what joining will look like when the platform launches.
During the waitlist period, all we need from you is your business’s basic information and your estimated 1% pledge amount based on last year’s revenue or profit. There are no upfront costs and no payment required until the platform launches and tokens begin to be redeemed.
Upon formal registration, Consumer-Facing Businesses will connect a payment method to KarmaHub for processing fees, which are billed at the end of each calendar month. Non-Consumer-Facing Businesses will connect a payment method for their annual fund contribution.
By pre-registering during the waitlist period, you also give KarmaHub permission to include your business name, logo, and pledge amount in our partner directory and promotional materials. Your participation is part of the story — and we’re proud to tell it.
