You’ve committed to something that matters. We’re here to help you do more of it.

Running a nonprofit is one of the hardest things a person can do. You’ve pledged your time, your resources, and your heart to a mission that most people only talk about. You’re out there doing the work — often without enough hands, without enough funding, and without enough recognition for the people who show up alongside you.

KarmaHub was built with you in mind.

Not as an afterthought. Not as a checkbox. As the engine at the center of everything we do.

What KarmaHub gives your organization.

When your nonprofit joins the KarmaHub Ecosystem, you gain access to something genuinely new — a motivated, verified network of volunteers who are actively looking for opportunities exactly like yours.

KarmaHub matches volunteers to organizations based on location, skills, and interests. That means the people who show up for your events won’t just be warm bodies — they’ll be people who actually care about what you do.

And because KarmaHub rewards volunteers with Karma Tokens for every verified hour they give, your volunteers will have a real, tangible reason to keep coming back — and to bring their friends.

It costs your organization nothing to participate. Not now. Not ever.

The KarmaHub Volunteers Fund.

Here’s something most platforms will never offer you.

The KarmaHub Volunteers Fund is a treasury that grows throughout the year from two sources. First, non-consumer-facing businesses — manufacturers, banks, B2B brands, and others who don’t sell directly to the public — pledge 1% of their annual profits as cash directly into the fund. Second, KarmaHub itself pledges a percentage of its own net profits into the fund at year’s end. We lead by example.

At the end of each calendar year, the entire fund is distributed to participating nonprofits as cash donations — no applications, no committees, no strings attached.

The distribution is simple and transparent: it’s proportional to impact. If your organization generates 10% of all verified volunteer hours served across the entire KarmaHub Ecosystem in a given year, your organization receives 10% of the fund.

So if there is $1 million in the fund and your nonprofit generated 10% of all volunteer hours that year — you receive a $100,000 cash donation. Automatically. As a direct result of the good your community created together.

It’s not a profit share. It’s not a grant competition. It’s a reward for doing exactly what you’ve always done — just with a system finally built to recognize it.

How it will work — step by step.

KarmaHub is currently in its waitlist phase. Here’s a look at what your organization’s experience will look like when the platform launches.

1. Register and create your nonprofit profile.

Join the waitlist at karmahub.app and set up your organization’s profile. Add your logo, your mission, your location, and a brief description of the volunteer support you need. Your profile will be listed in the KarmaHub Nonprofit Directory, visible to every volunteer on the platform.

2. Create volunteer events.

Through the KarmaHub platform, you’ll be able to post volunteer events — specifying how many volunteers you need, what skills are helpful, when and where the event takes place, and how many hours are involved. Volunteers will be able to discover and sign up for your events directly through the app.

3. Check volunteers in and out.

When volunteers arrive, your designated coordinator checks them in through the KarmaHub app. When the event ends, they check them out. This mutual verification is what makes the whole system work — it ensures that every Karma Token generated is tied to a real, verified act of service.

4. Certify the hours.

Once the event is complete, your coordinator certifies the volunteer’s hours and rates their participation. Only certified hours generate Karma Tokens — which means your endorsement carries real weight in the ecosystem.

5. Watch your impact grow.

Through your organization’s dashboard, you’ll be able to see exactly how many volunteer hours have been generated, which volunteers are most engaged, and how your contribution to the ecosystem is growing over time. At year’s end, that contribution determines your share of the KarmaHub Volunteers Fund.

Requirements to join as a KarmaHub Certified Nonprofit.

KarmaHub is built on trust and transparency — and that starts with the organizations at its core. To join as a certified partner, your organization will need to provide the following:

  • Your organization’s logo or image (PNG or JPEG)
  • Basic organizational information as it appears on IRS Form 1023 (proof of nonprofit status)
  • Your most recent IRS Form 990 (990, 990-N, 990-EZ, or equivalent) — this is made available to volunteers in your directory listing, ensuring full transparency
  • An estimate of the volunteer hours your organization will require in the coming 12 months
  • Agreement to accurately verify and certify volunteer hours through the KarmaHub platform
  • Agreement not to approve hours for volunteers who are paid employees or directors of your organization

All of this information will be displayed in the KarmaHub Nonprofit Directory, where volunteers can learn about your mission, browse your events, and sign up to help.

A note on eligibility.

During the KarmaHub Beta Test, participating organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits operating in the United States that file IRS Form 990 (with some exceptions).

International nonprofits and organizations that do not file Form 990 will be welcomed into the KarmaHub Ecosystem during our Phase Two launch. We’re building toward a global platform — the US launch is just the beginning.
